Space feels cramped with luggage!!! A hint of sewage smell in the laundry area leaves much to be desired!!!

Our family enjoyed our stay for three nights. The spacious quadruple room with a dining area allowed us plenty of room to relax and unpack. The proximity to the bus terminal made it easy to travel to and from the airport, which was a major plus. Although there were limited food options directly nearby, we found some good places by walking a short distance. A comfortable experience for our family trip.

The hotel has a great location near TCAT. Accommodations were spacious with a kitchen and laundry, ideal for a family. The beds were a bit hard and the area felt a bit quiet and lacking energy. Staff were professional and friendly throughout our stay.

The quadruple room was spacious and perfect for our family. While having a combined washer and dryer was convenient, the drying function didn't work well and we struggled with moisture in our clothes. We found some ceiling lights too low, causing a few bumps. It's a decent stay for families but a bit of attention to room details would make it better.

Super convenient location, just a few minutes to TCAT for airport buses. Room had a solid kitchen setup with a washing machine/dryer and nice clean space. They stored our luggage while we explored, amazing! Free toiletries and comfy beds made it even better!

Great location with easy access to subways and eateries. The room was spacious with the added convenience of a separate toilet and shower. Staff were polite and spoke fluent English. While the bed wasn't the most comfortable, it was decent for a short stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with the subway station just a stone's throw away. It made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and get to all the popular attractions. Plus, being so close to the airport express was a huge bonus for families like mine. Spacious apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine. the location was great, quiet but with easy access to public transportation and local amenities such as convenience stores. the nearby sumo stable was a unique and enjoyable experience.

Instructions for certain appliances were difficult to understand due to the language barrier. It would have been appreciated if complimentary mineral water was provided.
